Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in educational technology program management.
- Experience leading AI for education initiatives in low-resource settings.
- Knowledge of LLMs and adaptive learning platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with NGOs and international partners.
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical assistance projects and advisory work with NGOs and partners.
- Design and deploy AI readiness assessments for NGO partners.
- Design and run training cohorts for NGO staff on AI use in education.
- Manage NGO pro bono projects, volunteer matching, and delivery.
- Share learnings and best practices with Team4Tech Community of Practice.
