Job summary

Workato is seeking a Senior ABM & Demand Generation Manager to lead AI-driven campaigns that accelerate pipeline and reinforce market leadership. You will own ABM end-to-end and work with Sales and Product Marketing to target strategic accounts.

The role requires translating AI capabilities into compelling narratives, building scalable programs across email, paid media, webinars, and events, and optimizing programs with rigorous testing and analytics.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of B2B demand generation or integrated campaigns.
• Proven AI/ML marketing experience and tech solutions.
• Experience with ABM strategy end-to-end and platform usage.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into compelling campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own ABM strategy end-to-end from account selection to program design.
• Lead AI-focused integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Orchestrate multi-channel execution and optimize performance.
• Align messaging with GTM and collaborate with Sales.
• Own pipeline impact, measure ROI, and report progress.
• Stay ahead of AI market trends and advise leadership.
