Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Vice President Product Manager for the Controls Room Team to lead end-to-end development of a new control-management application. You will unify hierarchies across compliance and risk, drive AI-first features, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, risk-aware solutions.

You will champion a spec-driven, rapid prototyping approach using Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, guiding multiple teams and ensuring strong risk controls throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience translating user requests to tech requirements in agile environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Drive product development of a ground-up Control Management app.
• Unify reference hierarchies across compliance and risk frameworks.
• Translate strategy into actionable tasks for product owners and development teams.
• Lead spec-driven delivery with rapid prototyping using Claude Copilot.
