Job summary

Sauce is hiring a builder-architect to lead AI-first transformation at Sauce, starting with our operations department. You will own problems end-to-end, design the architecture, and build solutions with minimal PM layers, shipping until production is achieved.

This is a 10X-accelerator role where you drive tooling, adoption, and cross-team collaboration. You’ll work across teams to implement AI agents, human-in-the-loop workflows, CRM integrations, and multi-stack deployments, while reporting to

Qualifications

• Technical founder experience in building products or companies; you’ve shipped end-to-end solutions.
• You write requirements and then execute, taking ownership across the stack.
• Strong software architecture ensuring extensible, maintainable systems.
• Hands-on AI with LLMs and agents, current tooling, and practical delivery.
• Experience across multiple domains and codebases, driving transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own operations problems end-to-end and ship production solutions.
• Drive AI transformation across the company with new tooling.
• Design and deploy agentic systems with AI agents and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Collaborate across teams and translate business feedback into solutions.
• Report to VP R&D and set priorities with leadership.
