Job summary

AHEAD builds platforms for digital business and is seeking a Principal Consultant, Internal AI, to lead AI‑driven transformation projects across business units. You will embed with units, translate friction into scoped opportunities, and guide adoption from discovery to sustained use.

You will collaborate with engineers, change management partners, and leadership to deliver measurable value, design-thinking approaches, and stakeholder alignment across the delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Embed with business units to surface technology transformation opportunities.
• Facilitate design-thinking workshops to translate pain points into scoped MVPs.
• Guide use-case intake and determine citizen development vs. quick win vs. longer effort.
• Champion scalable, repeatable approaches for AI-driven transformation.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure executable solutions within the delivery model.
• Assess impact on roles and drive change management when needed.
• Track adoption metrics and show business value to leadership.
