Job summary

Hallow is seeking an AI-native leader to drive the company’s transition to an AI-first operating model. You will map complex workflows across teams, design targeted agent solutions, and build internal tools while guiding others through training and adoption.

You will own the rollout of responsible AI practices, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and report on progress, costs, and impact to leadership. The role offers flexible US-based location and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with AI tools; built, debugged, and deployed real projects.
• Able to bridge engineering and partner teams; QA homegrown tools at code level.
• Comfort building and deploying tools within backend infrastructure.
• Willingness to work in fast-paced startup environment and deliver impact quickly.

Responsibilities

• Architect cross-team system maps and design team-specific solutions.
• Build, deploy, and iterate on agents and internal tools; define data schemas.
• Create team resources, guides, and conduct coaching sessions.
• Lead responsible AI governance with leadership; enforce data-security policies.
• Coordinate weekly cross-functional meetings and track adoption and impact.
