Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technology Delivery Senior Manager—Managed Reinvention Services in Hartford, CT. You will own end-to-end delivery across multi-tower managed services, driving AI-first operating models and delivering measurable business outcomes.

You will engage CIOs and senior IT leaders, shaping transformations and client partnerships with a focus on modernization, cost takeout, and value realization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of technology delivery experience with P&L ownership across large-scale managed services.
• Minimum of 3 years designing or operating AI-driven delivery models in production contexts.
• Minimum of 8 years delivering multi-tower services across AMS, IMS, Security, Data & AI, Cloud Eng.
• Designing and governing agentic/autonomous operations models is required.
• Experience with autonomy-based commercial constructs and AI-powered SDLC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability across multi-tower managed services (AMS, IMS, Security, Data & AI).
• Architect AI-first delivery models using Reinvention.AI and GenWizard capabilities.
• Shift Run spend toward Reinvention capital and drive cost takeout and throughput gains.
• Lead delivery teams of AI agents and human SREs; define new agentic roles and governance.
• Grow senior client relationships by acting as technology advisor to CIOs and IT leadership.
• Drive modernization within the run model and embed architecture simplification and resilience engineering.
• Contribute to bids and value propositions across the MRS portfolio.
