The role leads end-to-end multi-tower managed services across AMS, IMS, Security, and Data & AI, directing AI-first delivery and governance to accelerate client reinvention.

You will engage CIOs and senior IT leadership, shaping operating models and commercial constructs while driving continuous modernization and value realization across client apps and platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of technology delivery experience with P&L ownership.
• Minimum of 3 years designing or operating AI-driven delivery models.
• Experience engaging CIOs/CTOs on managed services strategy and roadmaps.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 6+ years if associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability across multi-tower managed services.
• Architect and operationalize AI-first delivery models leveraging AI platforms.
• Reshape tech economics by driving cost takeout and transformation funding.
• Lead workforce transitions to agentic operations with AI agent fleets.
• Build senior client relationships and expand engagement scope over time.
• Drive modernization within the run model and establish governance.
