Accenture is hiring a Technology Delivery Senior Manager—Managed Reinvention Services to lead multi-tower managed services delivery, shaping AI-first operating models and driving client value. You will manage P&L, architect agentic delivery, and expand relationships with CIOs and senior IT leaders.
The role emphasizes driving reinvention through platform modernization and governance across AMS, IMS, Security, and Data & AI, with travel as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of technology delivery experience with P&L ownership.
- Minimum of 3 years designing or operating AI-driven delivery models.
- Minimum of 8 years of multi-tower delivery experience across AMS/IMS/SOC/Data & AI/Cloud.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).
- Experience engaging CIOs/CTOs on managed services strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery accountability across multi-tower accounts.
- Architect AI-first delivery models and agentic operations frameworks.
- Drive cost takeout and reinvestment to fund transformation.
- Lead workforce transition to agentic operations with AI fleets and human SREs.
- Expand senior client relationships and articulate reinvention value.
- Shape bids and contribute to solution design and commercial structuring.
