Job summary

Accenture is hiring for a Technology Delivery Senior Manager—Managed Reinvention Services. You will lead end-to-end delivery across AMS/IMS/Security/Data & AI, architecting AI-first delivery models and scaling autonomous operations.

Engage CIOs and senior IT leaders to translate delivery performance into reinvention value, drive modernization, and guide strategic bids. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology delivery experience with P&L ownership across complex managed services.
• Minimum of 3 years designing or operating AI-driven delivery models (AIOps, agentic automation, GenAI ITSM).
• 12+ years of multi-tower delivery accountability across AMS/IMS/Security/Data & AI/Cloud.
• Experience with autonomy progression (L1–L5) and value-based pricing models.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability across multi-tower accounts spanning AMS, IMS, Security, and Data & AI.
• Architect AI-first delivery models using Reinvention.AI and GenWizard; progress clients along autonomy maturity curve.
• Shift Run spend toward Reinvention capital; drive cost takeout and debt reduction.
• Lead workforce transition to agentic operations; define new roles and governance for autonomous ops.
• Expand client relationships with CIOs and senior IT leadership; translate delivery performance into reinvention value.
• Embed modernization and resilience engineering within the run model of managed services.
• Shape and win MRS pursuits with credible delivery and operating model depth.
