Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technology Delivery Senior Manager for Managed Reinvention Services. You will own end-to-end delivery across multi-tower accounts, shaping AI-first operating models and driving reinvention value for enterprise clients.

You will lead teams of AI agents and human SREs, engage CIOs at the highest levels, and contribute to strategy, bids, and commercial models as part of a dynamic, innovative practice.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology delivery with direct P&L ownership.
• 3+ years designing or operating AI-driven delivery models (AIOps, GenAI-powered ITSM).
• Experience across AMS/IMS/Security/Data & AI/Cloud Engineering in multi-tower setups.
• Proven track record engaging CIOs/CTOs on managed services strategy and transformation roadmaps.
• Knowledge of agentic automation and AI-native platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 12 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability with full P&L and outcomes across multi-tower accounts.
• Architect and operationalize AI-first delivery models using Reinvention.AI and GenWizard.
• Drive cost takeout and reinvestment to fund enterprise transformation.
• Lead workforce transition to AI agent fleets and human SREs, defining new roles and governance.
• Build senior client relationships with CIOs and IT leadership, expanding engagement scope.
• Shape and win MRS bids, contributing to solution design and commercial strategy.
