Job summary

Valence is pioneering an AI-native coaching platform for enterprise leadership, delivering personalized, expert guidance at scale. You will join a fast-moving, AI-first company partnering with Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries.

This role offers exposure to board-level metrics, cross-functional programs, and rapid growth opportunities. Based in New York, you will work across pre- to post-sales efforts, shaping strategy and delivering high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in consulting and/or fast-paced B2B startup.
• Ability to diagnose a variety of problems, break them down, and solution in an impactful way.
• High velocity execution skills to keep many work streams on track; natural attention to the small detail.

Responsibilities

• Operational rigour and excellence across Sales, Marketing, CS, Eng/Prompting, Operations and Product.
• High velocity execution: create and implement project plans, identify gaps and solutions, aid cross-functional coordination.
• Develop models and plans to identify key inputs and drive cross-functional decision-making.
• Grow the team: establish a foothold, create playbooks, scale initiatives quickly.
• Collaborate with Ops, Product, Design and Eng to remove blockers and drive product improvements.
