Job summary

Wiz seeks an experienced engineering leader to head an AI-first tooling team responsible for building internal tools and automations that enhance the support experience. You will own Zendesk and integrate with Salesforce and ServiceNow, while mentoring developers, running sprints, and staying hands-on with Python and TypeScript.

You will drive AI-assisted development, leveraging Gemini and Claude Code, and continue to blend AI, CRM platforms, and cloud infrastructure to secure and accelerate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of coding experience and 2+ years leading tooling teams.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading sprints.
• Interest in AI-assisted development and cloud infrastructure.
• Comfort working with CRM platforms and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Lead an AI-first team building internal tools and automations for our support experience.
• Own the Zendesk platform and integrations with Salesforce and ServiceNow.
• Mentor developers, run sprints, and stay hands-on with code in Python and TypeScript.
• Champion AI-assisted development with Gemini and Claude Code.
