Collaborate on Product Operating Model and align with product/design for customer outcomes.
Manage backlogs, estimates, and budgets with partners and customers.
Track quality and efficiency with instrumented SDLC tooling and executive reporting.
Balance technical debt with new feature work in sprints.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies to continuously innovate roadmaps.
