Job summary
Vibehackers is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer embedded in a client’s engineering organization to ship features across an Angular front end and .NET backend while leading the team's transition to an AI-first, spec-driven development workflow using agentic coding tools.
The role entails acting as the team's thought leader for agentic AI workflows, building customer-facing applications, writing robust SQL and APIs, and guiding peers toward scalable, secure solutions in a remote, LATAM/US
Qualifications
- Experience with Angular front-end and .NET back-end in enterprise apps.
- Strong SQL Server data handling and optimization.
- Ability to lead AI-first, spec-driven development workflows.
- Proficient in Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes.
Responsibilities
- Build Angular front-end and .NET back-end APIs.
- Create AI-assisted implementation plans from specs.
- Extend AI plugins and coach teammates on AI-first practices.
- Optimize stack for efficiency, reliability, security.
- Write SQL queries and work with relational data.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and QA; report status and risks.
