Qualifications

• 6+ years of production software engineering (Senior) or 9+ years with cross-system ownership (Staff).

• Hands-on AI integration and deploying LLM-backed features to production.

Responsibilities

• Own features across frontend, backend APIs, business logic, and data layers.
• Connect Salesforce and NetSuite with internal apps and data pipelines.
• Integrate AI agents into daily workflow for prototyping, implementation, and refactoring.
• Drive engineering standards, design maintainable system patterns, and mentor junior/mid-level engineers.
