Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Global Workplace Project Manager to lead capital projects, tenant improvements, and lab space buildouts across our facilities. You will oversee charters, budgets, and schedules, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet ambitious goals.

You will manage risks, report progress, and apply AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes across global operations. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience managing construction, renovation, tenant improvement, or capital projects.
• Experience leading projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, occupancy, and closeout.
• Knowledge of budgeting, estimating, scheduling, contract administration, change control, risk management, and documentation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic operating environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple capital projects from prioritization through occupancy and closeout.
• Develop charters, execution plans, budgets, schedules, risk registers, and communication plans.
• Coordinate delivery strategies and manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
• Oversee phases including due diligence, permitting, procurement, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Provide status reporting and mitigation recommendations to executives.
