Job summary

Remoat Teams in the United States is seeking an engineer to own the architecture and build of our AI-first recruitment operating system end to end. You will be the architect behind the wizard, the stage-based screening pipeline, the applicant portal, and the integrations layer.

You will ship the system and you will run it, with a focus on shipping production full-stack systems (React + typed backend) solo or near-solo, and weaving LLMs into real workflows.

Qualifications

• Shipped production full-stack systems (React + a typed backend) solo or near-solo.
• Comfort wiring LLMs into real workflows (scoring, generation, structured extraction).
• Strong product judgement; you reduce scope rather than gold-plate.

Responsibilities
