Job summary

Onboarded is seeking a Full Stack Product Engineer to help build our AI-powered onboarding software. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship features, implement a Compliance Rules Engine, and create workflow automations that streamline employee onboarding.

You will build robust React UIs, embed UIs, and integrate third-party APIs while enabling global users through internationalization.

Qualifications

3 years of experience as a professional software engineer.
Experience with Remix, React, Prisma, and TypeScript in production.
Proficient with APIs and third-party integrations.
Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Ability to make product decisions from customer use cases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with testing and observability tools (Datadog, Sentry).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features for our platform.
Contribute to a Compliance Rules Engine to ensure regulatory adherence.
Create Workflow Automations to streamline onboarding.
Build robust, user-friendly React UIs for seamless interactions.
Develop Embeddable UIs that integrate into clients' systems.
Work on internationalization to support a global user base.
Integrate third-party APIs to enhance functionality.
