Job summary

Onboarded is seeking a Full Stack Product Engineer to help build our AI-powered onboarding software. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship features, implement a Compliance Rules Engine, and create workflow automations that streamline employee onboarding.

You will build robust React UIs, embed UIs, and integrate third-party APIs while enabling global users through internationalization.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a professional software engineer.
• Experience with Remix, React, Prisma, and TypeScript in production.
• Proficient with APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Ability to make product decisions from customer use cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with testing and observability tools (Datadog, Sentry).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features for our platform.
• Contribute to a Compliance Rules Engine to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Create Workflow Automations to streamline onboarding.
• Build robust, user-friendly React UIs for seamless interactions.
• Develop Embeddable UIs that integrate into clients' systems.
• Work on internationalization to support a global user base.
