Premium Point Development is seeking a Real Estate Development Analyst to support financial modeling, market research, and project management in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment. You will work directly with the founders, own problems end to end, and leverage AI to automate and accelerate analyses for large-scale multifamily developments in the southwestern United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 1–3 years of real estate, private equity, or investment banking experience (internships count).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation; advanced Excel, SQL or Python.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models and pro formas for development projects, AI-assisted.
• Design AI agents, automations, and tools for underwriting, research and reporting.
• Build prototypes, dashboards, and scrapers to answer questions quickly.
• Research housing legislation, tax credits, and incentives in target markets.
• Assist in due diligence for acquisitions and development opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and partners.
• Evaluate new technologies and construction methods in prefab housing.
• Act like an owner: identify bottlenecks, fix and automate.
