Job summary

Cox Automotive seeks a Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager to drive AI‑first product management and establish enterprise standards across the Product COE. You will embed AI methodologies into discovery, definition, and launch processes while coordinating with cross‑functional teams to promote adoption and readiness for key initiatives.

The role requires senior‑level communication, strategic thinking, and hands‑on execution to enable product teams to deliver best‑in‑class products

Responsibilities

Mature Product Management across Cox Automotive with enterprise standards for discovery, specification, delivery, and post‑launch measurement.
Lead AI‑first product management; integrate AI tools into workflows; develop playbooks, prompts, and agents; act as SME for applied AI in product management.
Partner with PM, Product Readiness, and other teams to coordinate efforts and promote adoption of Product Operations initiatives.
