Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership in a product-driven company.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and platform architecture fundamentals.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM workflows and their practical applications in products.
• Experience with product analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
• Understanding of SaaS product models and workflow automation ecosystems.
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams and evaluate technical feasibility.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Ownership mindset, curiosity, and bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for internal and customer-facing platforms.
• Identify product opportunities across AI, automation, analytics, and workflow optimization.
• Translate complex and ambiguous business problems into structured product solutions.

• Drive execution with clarity and ownership without acting as a project coordinator.
• Design AI-first product experiences rather than simply adding AI features.
• Focus on long-term product value including adoption, retention, efficiency, and ecosystem growth.
