Qualifications

  • Understanding of SaaS product models and workflow automation ecosystems.
  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams and evaluate technical feasibility.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex systems.

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT MANAGER ROLE:

WIN is looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team in India. You will work at theintersection of AI, operations, data, and customer experience to build scalable, high-impactproducts across internal and customer-facing platforms.This is not a Scrum Master or delivery coordination role. This role requires a strong productmindset - someone who can identify opportunities before the market does, translate ambiguityinto structured systems, and build products that fundamentally change how people work.You will work across AI-powered workflows, inspection operations, data intelligence, andplatform thinking to create products that drive real business outcomes and long-term value.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
