Job summary

Endear is seeking a Product Manager to shape the next generation of Endear’s platform. You’ll own product decisions, set priorities, and define outcomes while partnering with Design, Engineering, Sales, CX, and Marketing to translate customer needs into compelling product experiences across web and mobile.

This hands-on, autonomous role emphasizes AI fluency, rapid discovery, prototyping, and iterative delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally building customer-facing software or B2B SaaS.
• Independently owning product initiatives, including discovery, prioritization, decision-making, execution, and measuring outcomes.
• Balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Demonstrating measurable business impact through products or features you’ve shipped.
• Working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Design, and Engineering to align stakeholders and drive initiatives forward.
• Conducting customer discovery, synthesizing feedback, and using qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions.
• Defining success metrics, evaluating product performance, and using insights to guide prioritization and iteration.
• Operating effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where priorities evolve.
• Demonstrating strong AI fluency through practical applications, such as:
• Evaluating AI-generated output critically and understanding when human judgment and validation are needed.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to evaluate solutions and deliver high-quality experiences.
• Define success metrics and accountability for outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, CX, Marketing to gather insights and identify opportunities.
• Build AI-powered workflows to improve product processes.
