Job summary

IllTip, a European company building AI-powered communications software, seeks a founding-level product engineer. You will take features from early idea to production, working directly with customers and the commercial team. The role suits someone who enjoys shaping what gets built, not just building it.

You will own features end to end, lead product discovery, stay in touch with customers and Sales, and design analytics to guide iteration while influencing architecture and implementation choices.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of product engineering delivering features end to end.
• Full-stack experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS and React.
• Hands-on startup experience.
• German at B2 level or above, and fluent English.
• Experience with AI-powered features is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end from hypothesis to release.
• Lead product discovery through quick experiments with customers.
• Stay in regular contact with customers, partners and Sales to surface pain points and opportunities.
• Design and implement product analytics and tracking to guide iteration.
• Work across the full stack and guide architecture and implementation decisions.
• Balance fast validation with maintainable, scalable code.
