Responsibilities

• Own features end to end, from architecture decisions to rollout.
• Work across frontend, backend, and infra to ship features.
• Engage with users and internal teams to identify real problems before fixing them.
• Improve performance, follow best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with design to bring features to life.
• Define success metrics and use data post-launch to guide next steps.
• Leverage AI tools and agents to drive team-wide improvements.
