Job summary

Nymbus is seeking an AI Product Builder to transform product vision into shippable software. You will work with an Architect and Shipper to own the build from specification through implementation, using AI-assisted workflows to accelerate outcomes.

You will operate as a full-stack product builder, authoring specs, writing code, and iterating rapidly in a fintech environment. This is a remote-first role with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product and/or engineering roles within fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Experience with core banking or digital banking platforms.
• Strong understanding of complex, regulated financial workflows.
• Proven ability to design and build systems and workflows, not just define requirements.
• Track record of shipping working software, not just producing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to rapidly iterate on designs and edge cases.
• Own end-to-end product design from problem definition through system behavior and user experience.
• Author clear, testable, implementation-ready specifications with AI-assisted workflows.
• Define APIs, data models, and interaction patterns with the squad Architect.
• Translate business requirements into buildable system specifications.
