• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs.
• Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience working on a consumer hardware or software product.
• Experience in new hardware product development.
• Experience in customer‑facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services.
• Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale.

Responsibilities

• Explore and validate new product concepts through rapid prototyping with AI‑coding tools (Cursor) and automated analysis of internal data, marketplace, and competitive research.
• Define hardware product requirements and in‑app device experiences for new devices, collaborating with hardware engineering, industrial design, software engineering, and manufacturing teams.
• Drive engineering delivery of new features across app, cloud, and device firmware, leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate development timelines.
• Manage prioritization and trade‑offs across customer experience, cost, performance, profitability, and operational support load, resolving strategic and tactical blockers as they arise.
• Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive cross‑functional workflows using AI and agentic tools.
