• 4+ years of customer-facing product development and product management
• Experience defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
• Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management is preferred

Responsibilities

• Explore and validate new product concepts through rapid prototyping with AI‑coding tools and automated analysis of internal data, marketplace, and competitive research
• Define hardware product requirements and in‑app device experiences for new devices, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Drive engineering delivery of new features across app, cloud, and device firmware, leveraging GenAI tools
• Manage prioritization and trade‑offs across customer experience, cost, performance, profitability, and operational support load
• Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive cross‑functional workflows using AI and agentic tools
