Job summary

Ring is seeking an AI-native Product Builder to define and develop new hardware devices and integrated experiences. You will prototype with AI tools, validate concepts with data, and drive concepts from idea to launch across hardware, software, and services.

The role requires hands-on leadership across hardware, firmware, cloud, and industrial design, with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail in fast-paced teams in Hawthorne, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in technical product or program management.
• Hands-on prototyping using AI tools to validate concepts.
• Experience defining and launching consumer-facing products.

Responsibilities

• Explore and validate new product concepts through rapid prototyping with AI tools and data analysis.
• Define hardware product requirements and in-app experiences for new devices.
• Drive engineering delivery of features across app, cloud, and device firmware.
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs across experience, cost, and performance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows using AI and agentic tools.
