Job summary

ServiceNow seeks an experienced engineer in San Diego to own end-to-end software delivery, integrating AI into business workflows. You will design, implement, and mentor across teams while building scalable UI components using modern frameworks.

Qualifications

• AI integration experience or strong interest in applying AI to workflows.
• 8+ years JavaScript and web application experience.
• Proficiency with modern UI frameworks: Lit, React, Vue, or Angular.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, OO design and patterns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with technical risk across teams.
• Track record as functional lead or technical owner.
• Experience designing modular, reusable component systems.
• Strong relational database development, troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Experience with Java or similar OO language (C++, C#, Go).

Responsibilities

• Own code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality product to users.
• Work with product owners to understand requirements and drive the full development lifecycle.
• Build software that is simple to use, extensible to customer needs.
