Qualifications

• Foundational platform capabilities ownership with end-to-end delivery.
• Experience designing robust, high-scale APIs and backend services.
• Strong emphasis on developer experience and customer impact.
• Proven ability to design for high availability, low latency, and multi-tenant systems.

Responsibilities

• Pioneer the AI-First Platform: Build next-gen APIs, SDKs, and MCP servers for engineers and AI agents to interact with our platform.
• Own Core Capabilities End-to-End: Architect and evolve systems powering Ordergroove, from domain models to identity and order processing.
• Design for Massive Scale: Ensure HA, low latency, fault tolerance across a multi-tenant environment; set standards for observability and SLOs.
• Champion a You Build It, You Run It culture: Own the full lifecycle from user pain points to production code and health optimization.
• Architect the next DevX: Build intuitive tooling and platform primitives for internal teams and merchants.
