PhillyTech.Co is seeking an AI-first engineer for a hybrid role in King of Prussia, PA. You will solve real customer problems by building AI-driven automations, improving workflows, and deploying production-ready solutions inside the core platform.

You will partner with Customer Success and Engineering to reduce manual work, accelerate onboarding, and scale a high-impact AI platform trusted by enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Python is preferred; ability to learn unfamiliar systems quickly.
• Experience in production environments with real-world customer deployments.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy production-ready solutions inside the core AI platform.
• Develop AI-powered automations and internal tools that improve operations.
• Support customer API integrations and onboarding efforts.
• Partner with Customer Success to solve technical customer challenges.
• Work directly with customers during implementation and technical discovery calls.
• Improve onboarding and implementation workflows through automation.
• Identify recurring problems and proactively build scalable AI-driven solutions.
