Position Overview:

As part of our planned growth, we are seeking a highly organized Operations & Impact Analyst (AI-Native) to sit at the center of a seven-person investment team deploying impact-first capital globally. This role provides real proximity to how capital allocation decisions actually get made.

This is the entry point to our operations track, focused deeply on platform management, process automation, and executive administration. Please note: investment execution (subscription docs, capital calls, etc), investment analysis and financial modeling are not part of this role and are not the primary route onwards. Our generous professional development budget deliberately supports building this operations track.

Key Responsibilities:

AI & Process Improvement

• Take primary ownership of integrating AI skills and agents into manual team workflows.
• Test new AI capabilities, identify recurring manual friction, and build recommended automation fixes.
• Ensure AI-enabled workflows meet appropriate cyber and data security standards.

Investment Operations & Data

• Maintain pipeline and deal records to a high standard, keeping our platforms trustworthy as the ultimate source of record.
• Support ongoing portfolio tracking by maintaining key updates, milestones, and data used for team reporting and portfolio management.
• Submit and track routine investment, budget, and legal approvals through the team's technology platforms.
• Produce the weekly investment digest and prepare pipeline material for our weekly newsletter.
• Drive the NDA and NRL process with counterparties and track legal execution status.
• Maintain partner records.

Executive Administration & Logistics

• Manage calendar scheduling for specified team members, resolving conflicts and protecting time against low-value demands.
• Coordinate end-to-end travel, including complex itineraries and site visits, and prepare and submit monthly expenses.
• Manage logistics for standing meetings, offsites, and other team events.
• Prepare and circulate pre-reads and capture post-meeting follow-ups and outputs.
• Support vendor and consultant relationships and operational coordination with internal accounting, legal, and other critical stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits:

The starting base salary range for this position, based in Palo Alto, is between $140,000 - $160,000 USD annually, plus a discretionary bonus. Industry-competitive compensation and benefits include an extremely attractive package:
