Job summary

Elsevier is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for ClinicalKey Nursing to drive the vision and delivery of ecosystem capabilities. You will connect multiple product lines, influence engineering and UX, and lead AI-first development to simplify workflows and enhance discoverability for nurses.

You will work with clinical, content, and product teams to ensure regulatory alignment and scalable experiences that meet customer needs and deliver measurable adoption and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering customer-facing SaaS or enterprise software products, incl. 8+ years PM experience.
• Experience building platform products, integrated experiences, or enterprise software ecosystems.
• Ability to think strategically across multiple products while balancing customer needs and tech constraints.
• Strong technical acumen with APIs, integrations, authentication, and modern architectures.
• Exceptional customer discovery and user research, translating insights into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with VP Product on strategic vision informed by research and analytics.
• Create a cohesive roadmap across nursing products and partner PMs.
• Define platform capabilities for navigation, personalization, and usability.
• Prototype and validate concepts using customer feedback and AI-assisted tools.
• Lead platform architecture discussions including APIs and shared services.
• Translate customer needs into clear product specs guiding design and delivery.
• Advocate for nursing customers, aligning decisions with workflows.
