Qualifications

• 8+ years in MarTech, CRM, or digital experience architecture, with at least 5 years leading technical delivery in a consulting or agency environment.
• Hands-on expertise with enterprise marketing platforms — Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Oracle Eloqua.
• Experience designing and governing Customer Data Platform solutions with real-time activation.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-first client engagements and drive digital transformations.
• Architect scalable cloud-based migration and integration solutions.
• Oversee complex content and system migrations to cloud platforms (GCP, AWS).
• Provide deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, AEM Assets, and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Stay current on AI capabilities and translate into practical use cases for marketing and data.
• Manage cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore delivery.
