Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technical delivery in a consulting or agency environment
• Hands-on expertise across one or more enterprise marketing platforms (AEM/AEP/Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Oracle Eloqua)
• Experience designing and governing Customer Data Platform solutions (identity resolution, real-time activation)
• Strong foundation in data architecture: modeling, integration, API design, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Translating client goals into end-to-end technical solutions across people, process, and technology

Responsibilities

• Provide AI-first leadership across client engagements and cloud migrations.
• Architect scalable, secure cloud-based solutions for large migrations and integrations.
• Lead complex content and system migrations to cloud platforms (GCP, AWS).
• Deliver expert AEM/AEP solutions for content management and personalization.
• Stay current on AI capabilities and apply them in client work.
• Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and deliver measurable value.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects with onshore/offshore teams.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and client pitches.
