Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Consultant to reimagine marketing technology stacks for an AI-first world. You will guide enterprise clients through evaluating, designing, and implementing AI-native martech ecosystems that drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading engagements, designing AI-based architectures, and advising on build-vs-buy decisions while mentoring junior consultants and ensuring adoption across marketing, data, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital strategy, or management consulting.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML applications in marketing (generative AI, recommendation systems, predictive lead scoring, etc).
• Working knowledge of major MarTech platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, HubSpot, Segment, Braze).
• Strong analytical and business case development skills with ROI focus.
• Excellent client-facing communication, with experience presenting to senior marketing/tech executives.
• Curiosity about emerging AI tools and translating tech into client value.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to assess current martech stacks and identify AI-driven transformation opportunities.
• Design AI-native marketing architectures that integrate generative AI and automation into workflows.
• Advise clients on build-vs-buy decisions across the AI/martech vendor landscape.
• Translate business goals into technology roadmaps, governance, and implementation plans.
• Partner with client marketing, data, and IT teams to drive adoption and measure ROI.
• Stay ahead of AI and martech trends, developing POV content and methodologies.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability-building around AI strategy.
• Travel as required for client support.
• Location: Primary residency within 90 minutes of an Accenture office.
