Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years delivering web/mobile/enterprise or integration solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript/JS and React; backend in Python/Rust is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own use-case discovery and rapid prototyping with Product Managers.
• Lead AI-first software development lifecycle; guide design, coding, testing and delivery.
• Develop and integrate applications, APIs, and workflows across Microsoft 365, Workday, and more.
• Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, ensure scalable, secure solutions.
