Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
0-2 years of professional experience (internships/counts).
Ability to read, understand, and debug C#/.NET code.
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Working knowledge of Git and PR workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to explain technical work clearly to engineers and business partners.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business partners to turn requirements into precise prompts and acceptance criteria.
Prompt, review, debug, and validate AI-generated code with minimal supervision.
Iterate with AI coding tools to produce high-quality solutions.
Perform code reviews on AI-generated and human-written code.
Maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Identify issues in AI output and fix or re-prompt as needed.
Work in a team setting or independently to deliver results.
