Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/DS/IS or related field.
• 0–2 years professional experience (internships count).
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of relational databases.
• Ability to quickly read, understand, and debug Python code.
• Working knowledge of Git and pull‑request‑based workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to clearly explain technical work, reasoning, and trade‑offs to engineers and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-generated data solutions by applying business knowledge.
• Prompt, review, debug, and validate AI-generated data pipelines, transformations, and code with minimal supervision.
• Expertly prompt and iterate with AI coding tools to produce high-quality solutions.
• Perform code reviews on AI-generated and human-written pull requests.
• Prompt and maintain automated tests and data quality checks across pipelines.
• Identify bugs, security issues, performance problems, or data quality issues and fix or re-prompt as needed.
• After launch, iterate with the business to ensure the solution solves the problem effectively.
