Job summary

Fratch is seeking a Junior AI SEO Content Engineer to join our dynamic, AI-powered freelance platform. You will generate and optimize website content and blog posts, focusing on business value and tangible results using AI agentic tools like Claude Code.

As a remote, Poland-based role with 60–100% availability and highly flexible hours, you will drive organic traffic, take ownership of content, and research high-potential topics.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of SEO, GEO, and content creation.
• HHands-on experience with AI agentic tools (Claude Code).
• Strong autonomy and ability to work quickly and independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Bonus: SEO analytics tools experience (Semrush) or prior SEO specialist work.

Responsibilities

• Drive organic traffic and increase inbound leads.
• Generate fresh website content, blog posts using AI tools.
• Optimize existing pages for better SEO performance.
• Take ownership of website content end-to-end.
• Research high-potential content ideas.
• Collaborate with CTO, Product Designer, and Frontend Developer.
