Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ, seeks a strong Full Stack AI Engineer to join an AI-first agile product team supporting GDO. You will develop and operate AI-native products where large language models and agentic workflows drive business solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development experience; pharma/life sciences a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Eng or related field.
• Strong Python and/or Java, with UI framework like React JS.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts and AI app development.
• Experience building Generative/Agentic AI using LangChain is a plus.
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Bedrock, SageMaker).
• Good data analytics (SQL/NoSQL) and writing efficient queries.
• Strong learning mindset and communication in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain LLM-native and agentic applications as long-lived products.
• Build scalable, secure apps using Python/Java and React JS.
• Maintain production-grade SaaS and in-house apps with high availability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on support, enhancements, and lifecycle activities.
• Implement microservices on AWS and CI/CD practices.
• Monitor model performance, drift, retraining, and rollback strategies.
• Investigate issues and drive short/long-term improvements.
