Thanx, a leading loyalty and guest engagement platform, is hiring a hands-on Finance Manager to own core accounting operations and scale the finance function as the company grows.

You'll oversee month-end close, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and billing, partner with the VP of Finance, and influence strategic decisions including forecasting, unit economics, and potential M&A. Equity is offered to all employees.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial statement preparation
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
• Experience with SaaS accounting, subscription billing, or recurring revenue models is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and automate workflows

• Own the monthly close, journal entries, accruals, and prepaid expenses
• Manage revenue recognition and resolve discrepancies
• Oversee billing operations and contract data across systems
• Lead reporting packages, audits, and external reporting coordination
• Own the financial model, forecasting, budgeting, and unit economics
