The Role

Presidio is seeking a highly motivated Multi-Cloud Operations Senior Engineer to join our growing Managed Services team supporting customer environments across Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure, with future expansion into Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role is part of our Cloud Managed Service Team and is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, infrastructure management/optimization, and operational changes across managed cloud environments.

The ideal candidate is a strong technical troubleshooter with a passion for operational excellence, automation and emerging AI technologies.
