Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing engineers directly.
- Experience with modern web development, ideally TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Track record of taking products from zero to one: launching something new, learning from customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering for the shopper-facing portion of Stord’s platform, shaping product direction.
- Partner with Product and Design to define roadmaps and challenge assumptions.
- Own delivery outcomes post-launch and measure impact on merchants and shoppers.
- Engage in architecture, design reviews, and code reviews across TypeScript services and React front ends.
- Drive AI-first engineering practices and adoption of AI coding agents within teams.
