Architect and deliver clinical/healthcare data platforms using Databricks and Snowflake
Champion ROAI and scale AI use cases to reduce timelines and costs
Collaborate with clinical, product, and compliance to translate operations into AI solutions
Mentor and grow a high-performing AI-first engineering culture
Present engineering strategy to executives and board-level stakeholders
