Job summary

PALO IT in Paris seeks an AI Native Project Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery from pre-sales through final handover, driving AI-augmented innovation with robust governance.

You will lead KPI transparency, unblock teams, manage milestones, and ensure service quality while advising clients and overseeing P&L. You will coach the Gen-e² delivery team and facilitate cross-stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience delivering software in agile contexts.
• Strong client-facing leadership and stakeholder management.
• Experience embedding Gen-e² AI-first delivery practices.
• Comfort in Scrum Master or Product Owner roles when needed.
• Fluency in French and English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery from pre-sales to final handover.
• Provide transparent KPIs with teams and clients to track progress.
• Unblock teams, manage milestones, and ensure quality.
