Harnham, a high-growth AI software company, is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead in New York City with hybrid preference. You will own end-to-end client delivery, from discovery through production rollout, across AI, data, and analytics projects.

You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage dependencies, collaborate with stakeholders, and shape delivery methodologies while enabling executive-level decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading complex software, AI, analytics, data, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Consulting/solutions architecture background advantageous.
• Hands-on with data integration, APIs, data modelling, analytics, or AI technologies.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and execution-focused mindset.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical delivery from discovery through implementation and handoff.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, milestones, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with client business, analytics, technology, security, and operations teams.
• Design and implement integrations across APIs, data sources, and enterprise systems.
• Build prototypes, automations, evaluation frameworks, and production-ready solutions.
• Manage dependencies and remove blockers in ambiguous environments.
• Communicate technical decisions and risks to technical teams and executives.
• Partner with Product Managers to influence direction and scalable capabilities.
• Support user adoption, documentation, and long-term delivery success.
