Job summary

Green Irony is seeking a seasoned Engagement/Delivery Manager in the United States to own client relationships and drive delivery across a busy portfolio. You’ll coordinate small engineering teams using AI-powered tools, maintain project health, and ensure every engagement stays on track from kickoff through hypercare.

You will run up to 20 concurrent engagements (30–50K, 3–8 weeks) with strict scope discipline, clear status reporting, and proactive risk management to protect profitability and

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in technical project management or client delivery.
• Proficient with Salesforce and/or MuleSoft.
• Comfortable with a Kanban-style, agent-orchestrated model.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage 15–20 active engagements and switch between them.
• Strong relationship-building skills; proactive issue resolution.
• Coachable, action-oriented, and able to operate under chaos with speed.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from kickoff to closeout with proactive communication.
• Run up to 20 concurrent engagements, coordinating small engineering teams with AI delivery tools.
• Lead structured cadence: kickoff, discovery, FRD, UAT, and hypercare with AI-assisted docs.
• Enforce scope discipline; manage change requests and protect profitability.
• Leverage Claude and Notion to pull context and keep project health dashboards current.
• Identify follow-on opportunities and coordinate with sales for expansion.
